This is a one off solo booster made by RocketSquawk, A+ mojo left over expensive amplifier parts inside, runs great on 9v-18v n could probably handle more but for the UA741 op amp, incredibly fat and lifting boost with up to 33DB. I like it best at around 12v-15v but also has a 9v battery option n sounds great on standard 9v as well.
