This listing is for a perfectly matched pair of 1956-57 RCA 5Y3GT with black plates and bottom D getters in beautiful condition...They test way in the NOS range, and were also tested in a stereo preamp where they performed flawlessly, but more than solid enough for combo amps...

Average NOS test results for 5Y3's is around 2200/2000 on the Hickok 600A GOOD/BAD scale tester with a minimum good of 800...

You will receive the exact tube(s) in the photographs, unlike many other sellers who use generic photos and then you receive something else...I will also not claim a tube is true brand NOS unless i'm reasonably certain that is the case, but the vast majority of used tubes I sell here will be in excellent functional condition...If a tube is branded with some other logo, know with 100% certainty that I have identified it correctly, and it was manufactured by exactly whom I said it was manufactured by, and that's truly what you care about...Feel free to challenge me though if you feel up to it😉
