Greco? Unknown Model Single Humbucker - 1980's - 2000's - Black Bobbins - 16.20K Ohm - Ceramic Magnet - Made in Japan MIJ

Used Greco (I think) unknown model humbucker - double black bobbin - standard thickness AlNiCo magnet - Made in Japan MIJ.

I bought this pickup from Japan, not in a guitar, so I can't say for certain what guitar it was removed from, or how old it is.

Because of that, I also don't know for certain that this is a Greco pickup - the listing I bought it from mentioned it was a "vintage Greco" humbucker - so I'm basing this on the way it looks with the baseplate with large hole in the corner, it looks just like the baseplates Greco used in the Mint Collection pickups - but it's possible it's something else. You can use your judgement based on the photos and specs.

The DC resistance measures 11.81K ohms.

The lead wire is about 7.5" long.

The pole spacing is about 49.2mm.

The pickup is in good player grade shape for its age, with some typical scratches on the bobbins, and some typical tarnish, corrosion, on the pole pieces.

It doesn't look like it ever had a cover installed on it.

If you're looking to add a vintage Japanese made humbucker to your guitar, this will fit right in.
