The Pfanstiehl 110-DET decoded means the following: 

110 = Cartridge family or compatibility group — in this case, ADC cartridges such as K4, K6, K8, P30, P32, etc.

D = Diamond tip — indicates that the stylus has a diamond tip (as opposed to sapphire, which would be S). 

E = Elliptical cut — this refers to the stylus shape (vs. C for conical, S for spherical, HE for hyperelliptical, SH for Shibata, etc.). 

T = Tip-mount style or special designation — this varies by context but often refers to the cantilever or stylus bar material.
