With the American Ultra II series, Fender delivers new instruments that impress with a great sound and strong features! Among other things, the US guitar and bass manufacturer delivers the American Ultra II Meteora bass, which comes in three fresh colour variants. In addition to the sleek Meteora design, the body is made from selected alder and has a bolt-on neck made from quartersawn maple. The 21-fret fingerboard is made of high-quality ebony and is characterized by a compound radius of 10" - 14". At the heart of the American Ultra II Meteora Bass are two Haymaker Bass humbuckers in the middle and bridge positions, which deliver a rich sound and are characterized by a dense sound character. On top of this, a 4-saddle HiMass bridge ensures robust intonation and string action, while the Fender "F" Light-Weight tuners ensure reliable tuning. The E-Bass also comes in a matching Deluxe case!
Active 3-band EQ with S-1 switchThe electronics of the American Ultra II Meteora Bass provide versatile sound options for a clean approach to all genres and styles. On the one hand, the master volume control with S-1 switch allows you to switch between active/passive, on the other hand, bass, mid and treble can be adjusted in a versatile way to find the sound that best suits you and your genre between a tight low-end or crisp mids. In addition, the mid-range frequencies can be controlled between 325 Hz or 750 Hz via a mini-toggle, allowing you to grind the sound in even more detail!
