Up for sale is a rare vintage Kelly 4x12 Speaker Cabinet, manufactured in the UK in the 1970s. John Kelly was famous for producing high-quality British amplification and cabinets during the golden era of rock.
Key Features & Specs:
- Speakers: Original 4 x 12" vintage RTC (RTC Ltd. London) speakers. Very similar in build, magnet design, and tonal character to classic vintage Fane speakers.
- Power Handling: 200 Watts RMS (4 x 50W RTC drivers).
- Impedance: 8 Ohms total impedance.
- Sound Profile: Big, tight low-end response with great resonance and punch. Excellent for heavy rock, doom, stoner, metal, or classic vintage rock setups where dynamic bass response is key.
Condition:
- Functional: 100% operational. All 4 speakers sound great and work perfectly.
- Cosmetic: Authentic vintage condition with original Tolex, grill cloth, and hardware showing minor aesthetic wear consistent with its age (please review the photos).
