Product Details

The tc electronic Sub'N'Up Octaver is an octaver pedal that adds upper and lower octave sounds to the original tone, creating a wide range of sounds.

This model, from the Danish effects pedal brand tc electronic, boasts high-precision pitch tracking and flexible sound shaping.

It can be used to add thickness to single-note phrases or to create rich harmonies that enhance chord playing. It's a highly functional unit that expands the expressive capabilities of guitars and basses.

This model features four controls: DRY, UP, SUB, and SUB 2, allowing for individual volume adjustment of the original tone and each octave sound.

By combining sounds one octave above, one octave below, and two octaves below the original tone, a wide variety of sounds can be created.

It features three modes: Polyphonic, Classical, and TonePrint, accommodating everything from single notes to chord playing.

Using the TonePrint function, you can import a variety of effect settings via the dedicated app. It's characterized by its combination of simple operation and flexible sound creation.

The sound is characterized by octave tones that combine clear pitch with rich bass.

Adding a SUB adds thickness and weight to the guitar sound, and combining it with a SUB 2 creates even deeper bass.

The UP adds brightness and presence to the high frequencies, and depending on the balance with the original sound, you can enjoy a three-dimensional sound reminiscent of an organ.

The polyphonic mode supports chord playing, and the classical mode offers the unique response of a traditional octave pedal, allowing for a wide range of expression to suit your playing style.

This unit is recommended for those who want to enjoy a wide range of sound creation, from heavy riffs to ethereal sounds.

Not only does it extend the guitar's range, but its appeal also lies in its ability to create original phrases by combining it with the original sound.

It is also useful in situations where you want to further emphasize the bass frequencies or add thickness to a band ensemble, making it a perfect unit for those who want to introduce new expression to their pedalboard.
