The StingRay RAY35 pairs that familiar StingRay punch with a little extra visual character. The spalted maple top gives the 3-Tone Sunburst finish plenty of natural detail, set against a contoured nyatoh body with a comfortable armrest and belly cut. A roasted maple neck rounds out the look and feel.
The Sterling Alnico humbucker brings the deep lows and aggressive midrange that StingRays are known for, with plenty of presence to hold its own in a full band mix. The active 9V preamp and 3-band EQ make it easy to shape your tone, whether you're after a thick, rounded sound or something with more bite.
The roasted maple neck is paired with a rosewood fingerboard, white dot inlays, and 22 medium frets. With a full 34" scale and the added range of a low B, it's a versatile setup for everything from rock and funk to heavier styles.
