Here is a Godin Acousticaster from a collection liquidation, in good condition, from 1992, including case.

There are NO rough dings or dents on the body or neck, no scratches or notches in the original frets or even in the fretboard!

Here's a truly beautiful and immaculate Godin Deluxe Natural. Made in Canada. From the original owner, since approximately 1992 (original receipt no longer available).
It features an active LR Baggs pickup, powered by two 9-volt batteries for enhanced dynamics. In addition to the volume control, there's a 3-band EQ for the piezo pickup.

It's only ever been stored indoors or in its case; it's truly like new.

Godin Guitars was founded in 1972 in Quebec, Canada, by Robert Godin. Today, its headquarters are in Montreal, Canada.

The Acousticaster was introduced in 1988, fulfilling the desire to improve the "plugged-in" acoustic sound for live performances. It featured an innovative chambered body design with 18 tuned metal prongs, an integrated bridge pickup, and a built-in EQ.

The body was the Telecaster shape, the body is made of mahogany and the top is also solid Sitka spruce, the bridge is made of rosewood, the neck is made of maple (or with a rosewood fingerboard), and the output jack is located on the lower side of the guitar.

Plug it into a regular guitar amplifier and you get a very acoustic signal, making it a true imitator. With the bass boosted and the treble turned all the way up, it sounds like a full-size electro-acoustic guitar. Cut the treble and you're right there. What remains is a warm jazz sound that is unusual but effective.
