Just arrived: A Hamer Daytona Strat AT-100 from the 1990s, made in the USA—modified and in excellent playing condition! The Hamer Daytona USA (often mistakenly referred to in stores or catalogs as the "AT-100" or similar, referencing the model series) is a high-end, classic Stratocaster-style guitar. Handcrafted in the USA between 1994 and 1998, it is renowned for its excellent build quality. Neck: One-piece selected Hard Rock Maple, bolt-on. Fretboard: Maple with black dot inlays. Scale length: 25.5 inches (648 mm). Fretboard radius: A flat 14.5 inches (sometimes listed as 12 or 14 inches) for modern playability. Frets: 22 "Wide Oval" / medium frets. Nut width: Approx. 42 mm. The guitar underwent repairs and modifications at the Doc Schneider guitar workshop: a humbucker (coil-splittable via push-pull tone pot) and TBX tone control were installed, and the Wilkinson tremolo was replaced with a vintage-style tremolo (the original tremolo is included). The pickups—Fender single-coils, a John Suhr single-coil, and a Seymour Duncan humbucker—are wired in the style of the Andy Timmons AT-100 (Volume/Volume/TBX Tone); this provides a master volume and a secondary volume control for the two single-coils. Weight: 3.480 kg. Includes Hamer hard case and various accessories/original parts. The guitar sounds great; it has been played live and shows signs of use consistent with that history. We have given the guitar a professional setup with a set of Ernie Ball 10-46 gauge strings. The fretboard has been oiled, and the intonation and string action have been optimally adjusted!
