Washburn Dimebolt "Funky Munky" 2014 – Indonesia – Rare Dimebag

Up for sale is my rare 2014 Washburn Dimebolt "Funky Munky" built in Indonesia during the final years of production. These guitars have become highly sought after among Dimebag Darrell collectors due to their USA-inspired specifications and limited availability. Many enthusiasts consider the Funky Munky builds to be among the closest production guitars to the USA Dime models without the Custom Shop price tag. 

This example features the iconic Dimebolt graphic finish, ML-style body, and premium hardware package associated with the later Funky Munky instruments. Built in Indonesia, it includes many of the upgrades that made these guitars famous among Dime fans.

Condition

The guitar is in [Very Good/Excellent] condition with normal signs of use for its age. Frets have plenty of life remaining, electronics function as intended, and the Schaller Floyd Rose operates smoothly. No cosmetic wear in the guitar.

Why It's Special

By 2014, production numbers were very limited, and some examples were produced after the original Funky Munky licensing arrangement had ended, making these later Indonesian-built guitars especially difficult to find. They are increasingly regarded as collectible Dime-era Washburns and rarely appear on the market.
