The Suhr Classic S 3-Tone Burst RW SSS combines the elegance and the vintage tone of a 60s Strat with the modern precision and the reliability that characterizes Suhr. Fabricated in the United States, this guitar offers a refined, potent and noise-free interpretation, ideal as much for studio as for demanding stages.
Principal Characteristics
- Body: Alder with classic ST shape and 3-Tone Burst finish in ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer with light aging.
- Neck: Screwed maple with 60s C Vintage Medium profile (.830"-.950"), scale of 648 mm (25.5"), finish in nitrocellulose lacquer.
- Fingerboard: Rosewood with compound radius 9"-12" (229-304.8 mm), 22 Medium frets of stainless steel and white dots as inlays.
- Electronics: Three Suhr V60LP single coil pickups equipped with SSCII system to eliminate buzzes without batteries, controls of 1 volume, 2 tones and 5 positions selector.
- Hardware: Gotoh T510 2 posts tremolo with locking and steel block, Suhr pegs with locking system, chromed hardware and 3 layers parchment pickguard.
- Strings: D’Addario NYXL1046 (.010–.046) mounted for an optimal tonal equilibrium.
- Includes: Padded Suhr cover for transport and protection.
