Fender PD-220E Dreadnought, Ovangkol Fingerboard, Natural

Paramount PD-220E combines state-of-the-art craftsmanship with vintage-inspired nods, offering the best of both worlds. Made in versions with a spruce or solid mahogany soundboard, together with solid mahogany sides and back, the PD-220E is equipped with an asymmetric X-pattern bracing, optimized to offer the best resonance and tone. An all-new Fender- and Fishman-designed Sonitone Plus pickup amplifies the full, balanced tone of the PD-220E's dreadnought body, while soundhole-mounted controls preserve the classic aesthetic. Underneath the top, a body sensing pickup enhances soundboard vibrations, which can then be mixed with the Sonicore pickup under the bridge. Cosmetic enhancements include pearloid snowflake fingerboard inlays, feather pattern beading, rosette and backstrip, and Black or Tiger Stripe pickguard. The PD-220E also features an ovangkol bridge and fingerboard, a slim, tapered mahogany neck, bone nut and bridge, and includes a hard case.
