- Mr. Carl Barney Graciously Reached Out Via Reverb and Messaged the Following, “Hi. This is Carl Barney. This guitar was made in 1973 for Bucky Pizzerelli. He sold it to a gentleman in Mass. in the mid 1980's. This guitar is on the cover of at least one of his albums. There is a plate missing on the tailpiece that covered the ball end of the strings. All in all with the pickup cleaned up and a new pick guard this is in pretty good shape. The pick up is a Gretsch 7 string pick up same as on the Van epps model. Carl.”
