From the 1960's this the top tubing with the seat for a Rogers hi hat stand. Measures 18" long with a 5/8" diameter. This shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and minor rust. Has small nicks, but nothing that will affect its use. Seat has angle adjustment screw. It does seem to catch when turning sometimes. Sleeve is in good shape! Includes memory lock.
