This is a fine American Assembled Kramer that was produced right before the company’s demise. Case candy says it was made in February, 1990. 5 digit F serial number. All original minus and upgraded volume pot and knob. Shark tooth inlays, bound neck and head stock, lower horn scalloped on both the front and back, duncan JBJ in the bridge, schaller hardware, Harder to find teal/ transparent electric blue. Photos never capture the color properly. It appears more of a dark green tint in person. IMO, Kramers finest instruments were made in the last few years of the company’s existence.
There are a few chips around the lower edges, and the treble side floyd rose post was repaired by a previous owner. It was drilled and doweled just a tad bit forward. Can be redone. Plays fine as it is. Neck is in great shape, and the body otherwise is in great shape. Comes with case candy as mentioned, and original hard shell case. Case has a faint smell of tobacco as a lot of these old kramers do. I polished it and lemon oiled the frets.
