Klira Triumphator – 1960s German Vintage Archtop Jazz Guitar / Gitarre

This is the Triumphator archtop by „Klira“. Klira was a german luthier, who produced many kinds of instruments during the golden age of german guitarmaking between the 50s and the 80s. Klira was one of the most known luthiers in germany back then, because they produced really high quality instruments for an affordable price. Many of their guitars where copys of other brands with a few improvements, but they also had their own design lines, like the „Triumphator“ series.

The guitar is in a good condition for its age. There are some signs of use, but its not to much over all. See yourself in the pictures. The bridge seems to be a replacement to lower the action of the strings. The tuners turn smoothly and hold the string tenstion well. The nut got replaced too, but the new one is a little to low, so I would recommend replacing it again with a better one. The neck isn't fully straight anymore, but still very playable. The fretboard was oiled and the frets where polished. The strings are new too. Over all, the guitar definetly needs some setup, before it is playable again to its full extend, but its nothing impossible and it is a beautiful guitar over all.

I have collected a lot of experience in the past on how to ship a guitar securely. I will take photos of the packaging and the exact condition of the guitar right before I ship it. You should know, that after shipping the guitar and entering the shipping number, I am not responsible for anything anymore and my job is done. But I will gladly back you up with the insurance case with said photos and exact details in the rare case anything goes wrong. The standart insurance I ship all guitars with is up to 500€. If you want a higher insurance, you can get that, just ask me first.
