Arctic Blue 10 Top. The blue lets the flame show through, and different areas of the maple stand out as the light and angle change. The natural mahogany back contrasts with the top.
Stained Flame Maple neck. A maple neck replaces the mahogany neck normally found on a McCarty, which changes the tonewood recipe. The stain matches the top, so the figure runs the length of the neck.
Bound Ziricote fretboard. Ziricote’s dark color and grain contrast with the stained maple, and the binding gives the board a clean edge.
Inlays. Outline Old School Birds with Sparkle Mother-of-Pearl outlines and Pink Heart centers, set against the dark Ziricote.
McCarty III pickups. They are voiced for clarity, warmth and dynamic response rather than raw output.
Controls. Volume, push-pull tone and a 3-way toggle. The push-pull expands the tonal range without extra switches.
Neck and tremolo. The Pattern profile has a substantial feel, with a 25" scale and 22 frets. The Gen III tremolo adds smooth, stable expressive range.
Hybrid hardware. Nickel and gold elements add contrast against the blue top, maple neck and Ziricote.
