There's a reason these are called Les Paul killers!
Original vintage c 1980 Yamaha SG-500 in gorgeous playing condition! Killer rock axe, massive tone; a perfect blend of Les paul custom, and SG features, only miles ahead of Norlin era USA Gibson manufacture in terms of craft, finish, and overall quality. Yamaha used the best tropical hardwoods, and amazing quality control, creating guitars that are now regarded as modern classics in their own right.
This fine example doesn’t disappoint, and plays like an old friend. Neck is arrow straight and perfectly intonated, frets excellent, and those PAF Yama humbuckers are big, nasty, articulate, and just Grrrr. Rock.
Cosmetically, she’s very nice as well, with lots of yummy patina and play wear, all superficial, all earned, all included at no extra charge. She ships in the original hard case.
