About this listing
This classic 5-string active bass boasts excellent playability thanks to its thin body and slim neck. Featuring a mahogany body, a 5-piece wenge/bubinga neck, and a rosewood fingerboard, it offers a lightweight and well-balanced feel. Equipped with Bartolini MK1-F and MK1-R pickups, combined with a 3-band active EQ, it offers a wide range of tone-shaping capabilities, from punchy bass to clear, well-defined slap sounds. With its 24-fret configuration and thin, easy-to-grip SR neck, this bass offers comfortable playability all the way up to the high frets. Overall, there are signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, and paint deterioration. Signs of aging, such as rust and tarnish, are visible on the metal parts. There is paint peeling on the body top, sides, back, and jack area, exposing the wood beneath. Due to use and aging, parts of the satin finish on the body and the back of the neck have developed a glossy sheen. There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and the instrument is in good playing condition. * The 2nd string tuner and nut have been replaced.
