HALF THE SIZE. ALL THE ATTITUDE.For sale is an original Dunlop JHM9 Jimi Hendrix Signature Cry Baby Mini Wah, from the Limited Edition Jimi Hendrix series. The JHM9 was designed to reproduce the distinctive dynamic and tonal sweep of the original Italian-made Thomas Organ wah associated with Jimi Hendrix, while fitting into a pedalboard at approximately half the footprint of a standard Cry Baby. Dunlop specifically describes the JHM9 as delivering the throaty, expressive Hendrix-style wah character in this compact format. 🎸 Jimi Hendrix ToneThe JHM9 is built around the dark, throaty and expressive wah character associated with Hendrix’s classic sound.Think:Voodoo Child (Slight Return)Up From the SkyLittle Miss LoverStill Raining, Still DreamingDunlop’s Jimi Hendrix wah design is based on the tonal character of the Italian Thomas Organ/JEN wah used during the Hendrix era. This isn’t simply a small version of a standard Cry Baby. The JHM9 was specifically voiced around that vintage Hendrix-style frequency response, giving it a thicker and more vocal character than the standard modern Cry Baby approach.🔥 LIMITED EDITION / DISCONTINUEDThe JHM9 was released as part of Dunlop’s Limited Edition Jimi Hendrix effects series and is no longer part of the regular current product range.Contemporary retailer documentation specifically identifies the JHM9 as a Limited Edition model, and current retailers list it as discontinued / no longer available. That makes this a particularly interesting version for collectors of the Jimi Hendrix / Dunlop Cry Baby series.📦 COMPLETE ORIGINAL PACKAGEThis particular example comes with the original packaging and documentation, including:Original Dunlop JHM9 boxOriginal pedalQuick GuideJimi Hendrix Cry Baby Mini Wah documentationDunlop Limited Warranty documentationOriginal adjustment wrenchOriginal internal packaging / protective materialsThe pedal and packaging are shown in the photos. The original box label is visible in the photographs, and the pedal comes with the complete accessories/documentation shown.🎛️ Mini FormatOne of the biggest advantages of the JHM9 is its compact format.Dunlop designed the Jimi Hendrix Mini Wah with approximately half the footprint of a standard Cry Baby, while retaining the expressive sweep and character of the larger pedal.
