ITEM DETAILS:

This item’s been meticulously serviced and cleaned up by the most critical professionals around (us). This process took us around 10 hours and the end result is an example that works perfectly, unlike most. 

The bottom wood has come apart on the bottom, as commonly happens with these. We could attempt to glue it, but woodwork isn't our specialty here, so we'd rather not as there are wood restoration people who would do a better job at it. As you can see though, it looks fine and stays together regardless, so we're selling it the way it is for the buyer to either fix it or leave it the way it is. See pics.
