Lovies Guitars is excited to present this 1996 Gibson Custom Shop 1958 Historic Reissue Les Paul Standard finished in Lemonburst. This early Gibson Custom Shop Historic Reissue captures the look and feel of the legendary late-'50s Les Paul Standard, combining the classic carved maple-top design with powerful humbucker tones, exceptional sustain, and vintage-inspired appointments.

The Lemonburst finish gives this Les Paul plenty of vintage character, while the upgraded Bernie Buckers provide a distinctive tonal voice. This is a great example for a player who wants the feel and character of an early Historic Reissue with a modern pickup upgrade.

The guitar has been upgraded with Bernie Buckers and comes with a Non-Original Hardshell Case (HSC). There is some cosmetic wear throughout, including a cracked jack plate and a chip to the back of the treble-side headstock corner, all detailed below.

Condition: 9.4/10 - Excellent. Features light hardware tarnishing, small indents on the top, and some light pickguard scratches. There are several small dings on the sides, along with various light scratches and small indents on the back. The control cavity cover has light scratches. There are a few very small light indents on the back of the neck. The jack plate is cracked in three corners, and the back of the treble-side headstock corner has a chip. Overall, a clean and well-cared-for Historic Les Paul with tasteful pickup upgrades and honest cosmetic wear.
