For that purpose, we will not only pour the TAMA technology, knowledge and know-how that we have cultivated so far, but also pursue new parts without being bound by the framework of the STAR Drums series in order to pursue "the possibility of new snare drums". An ambitious project that creates a unique sound that can only be realized by each model, such as adopting the specifications of other series. That is STAR Reserve Snare Drum.

The TBRS1455H is a snare drum that uses a brass shell, which is the sixth in the STAR Reserve series.
The slightly shallow size of 5.5 "emphasizes the hard, cored and clear sound omission peculiar to brass, while the reverberation inside the shell produced by hammering brings about moderate sweetness and high tone sound, and is straight. In addition, a high-class sound image has been achieved. The key is the unique hammering process by skilled Japanese metalworkers. Different sizes of hammers are used, and the edge area is located in the center of the shell. By using a technique that slightly increases the rigidity compared to the other, the shell is provided with an exquisitely balanced reverberation sound that cannot be produced by uniform machine hammering. Also, the 2.3 mm thick brass flange hoop used for the hoop is used for the hoop. By scraping off the edge part a little, it emphasizes the crisp attack while giving the sound spread like a flange hoop. By these combinations, we realized a sharp sound and a fearless sound omission that is not buried even in the band sound. ..
