1996 Alembic Mark King Signature 5-string bass, in excellent condition.
Bass weighs 12.8 lbs., according to my scale.
There are two dings in the finish, which I have pictured.
Schaller strap locks were switched for Dunlops. (Originals are included.)
The wrenches for bridge, nut and neck adjustments, plus extra screws for the brass covers are included in the sale.
Predictably, this bass sounds amazing, both tracked and in a live setting.
Frets are clean, level and polished.
I do understand that prices for these instruments can seem unreasonable, but a new one of these instruments is about $22,000, according to Alembic's 2026 price sheet.
I am open to reasonable offers.
