Chris Shiflett, lead guitarist of the legendary Foo Fighters, rocked the world's biggest stages with his custom Telecaster "The Cleaver". Now Fender is launching a signature model of his famous Custom Shop electric guitar, which authentically conveys the sound and character of the original and is characterized by great features. Thanks to the custom Chris Shiflett "Cleaver" Noiseless CS-90 pickups, a terrific tone is made possible, which remains low-noise even at higher gain settings thanks to a crystal-clear response and proves to be a real treat for the ears. The Fender Chris Shiflett Cleaver Telecaster Charcoal Frost Metallic also comes with a matching case with Chris Shiflett signature and certificate.

The Fender Chris Shiflett Cleaver Telecaster consists of an alder body under the hood, which shines with a gloss nitrocellulose finish in the color Charcoal Frost Metallic. The bolt-on maple neck is complemented by a large '70s style headstock, which shines in a gloss nitro finish to match the body. The ebony fingerboard is equipped with 21 frets and has a 12" radius, making it perfect for crisp riffs, fast Chords or lush leads. Like the original "Cleaver", the fingerboard is decorated with white pearloid block inlays and completes the authentic design of the signature Telecaster.

Two Custom Chris Shiflett "Cleaver" Noiseless CS-90 pickups provide a versatile sound that is characterized by present mids and clear highs. The pickups with loose winding deliver a particularly defined sound and remain low-noise even at full Overdrive or higher gain settings. The CS-90 pickups of the Cleaver Telecaster therefore provide enough power to achieve an assertive sound in Mix or in a band setting.

The Cleaver Telecaster is equipped with classic vintage hardware that allows the instrument to be used for a long time. The Pure Vintage 6-Saddle String-Through Body Hardtail Bridge not only offers a robust string action but also allows uncomplicated string changes. Furthermore, the Pure Vintage tuners with "F" logo ensure reliable tuning. On top of this, the three-ply pickguard in a mint green finish blends in perfectly with the Charcoal Frost Metallic finish, making the Fender Chris Shiflett Cleaver Telecaster a real gem for the ears and eyes!
