The Tama MBSS65-SKA Starclassic Performer Snare 14"x6,5" Sky Blue Aurora is a high-quality snare from the Starclassic Performer series with hybrid shell and Evans heads. The excellent processed shell in hybrid construction consists of 6 layers and 6 mm (4 layers birch + 2 inner layers maple). By combining the two woods, the Starclassic Hybridshell offers clear projection of the birch, which combines perfectly with the deep warmth of maple. The cast hoop and Starclassic lugs focus the sound and the proven MCS70 throw-off can be fine-tuned. Visually, the Tama Starclassic Snare is rounded off by the outstanding lacquer finish in high gloss.
