Full Two (2) Year Warranty

Vamelo duduk has 2-Year Vamelo Manufacturer Warranty to be free of defects in duduk body from the date of original purchase on Reverb. If you decide to sell your Vamelo duduk, this full 2-year warranty is transferable to the new purchaser. If your Vamelo duduk requires service, you should contact us for further details about warranty service.

Shipping

We use International Free Shipping service. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, from Monday to Friday.

Tracking: Once your products have been dispatched, we will send you a shipping notification email, so that you may track the delivery of your shipment.

Customs & Import Duties: There may be additional customs, duties, and taxes fees assessed when picking up your item. Those fees are solely the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.

Returns

Your satisfaction with your products is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept an exchange or refund. You can return any UNUSED item purchased on this store within 30 days from the delivery date for an exchange or refund. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied:

1. Products returned must be in their unused, original condition with all VAMELO product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

2. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

3. Products must be returned in their original shipping box.

For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the loss or damage of the returned packages. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance process before they are accepted. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, it cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Refunds

After we receive your returned products and verify that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of our receipt of your merchandise and will be credited back to the same card used to place the original order. Please be aware that some card issues make take longer to reallocate funds, which is beyond our control.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging a product and the value of the new item is less than of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is greater than of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
