The elysia mpressor 500 is a discrete Class-A compressor for installation in a 500 rack. It combines outstanding sound quality with enormous punch and a full and detailed sound. Extreme time constants, negative ratios, Anti Log Release and elysia's innovative Gain Reduction Limiter for compression limitation open up a complete spectrum of unique possibilities. A new feature of the 500 module is the THD Boost, which raises the signal level before the control amplifier. This creates overtones in the input stage of the amplifier and significantly changes the sound structure.
