Here is a New Old Stock (yes you read that correctly) 1997 Gibson model EDS-1275 double neck guitar. Everything is correct and untouched as well as just about unplayed. Still has the clear protective film on the pickguards and the back control plate. There is one extremely minor issue that has me completely baffled. I have been repairing, refinishing and selling vintage and collectible guitars and basses for a living since 1977. Within the pictures I posted is one of the back bottom front edge where the guitar would rest on your thigh. There is a crack in the wood but no signs of how it got there. There are NO marks anywhere where to the guitar might have been dropped to produce that crack. There is no "2" or "second" marked on either of the back of the headstocks. It appears that it happened AFTER the finish was applied but to how it happened remains a mystery to me. Other than that the guitar is in immaculate unused condition. Comes with the original brown Gibson case. From a smoke free environment.
