The JZ Microphones Vintage 47 (V47) is an exceptional boutique large-diaphragm condenser microphone, meticulously handcrafted in Latvia and inspired by the warmth, depth, and unmistakable character of legendary vintage studio microphones.

Designed to capture the musical richness of classic recordings while incorporating modern precision and engineering, the Vintage 47 offers a beautifully balanced sonic signature with commanding low-midrange presence, smooth upper mids, and a refined, naturally detailed high end.

At its heart lies JZ Microphones' proprietary Golden Drop™ capsule, a distinctive 1-inch diaphragm design engineered for exceptional sensitivity, transient response, and tonal accuracy. Paired with discrete Class-A electronics, the V47 delivers remarkably low self-noise, generous dynamic range, and outstanding clarity across a wide variety of recording applications.

The Vintage 47 is particularly celebrated for its rich, slightly darker tonal character, making it an inspired choice for capturing vocals with warmth and intimacy, acoustic instruments with exceptional body, and guitar amplifiers with impressive depth and articulation.

Equally suited to professional recording studios and discerning home recording environments, the V47 embodies the philosophy of boutique microphone design: exceptional craftsmanship, distinctive sonic character, and uncompromising performance.
