• Mic preamp with up to 65 dB of gain, continuously variable

• Line/instrument preamp with up to 45 dB of gain

• Very low noise: –129 dBu EIN; transformer-balanced output, under 75 Ω

• Front panel XLR mic input and 1/4" Hi-Z instrument input

• Rear mic input on the edge connector as well, internally selectable

• Switchable 48 V phantom, polarity reverse, –20 dB pad (applies to mic, line and instrument)

• 7-segment LED VU meter, –12 to +18

• Single 500 Series slot – works in an API lunchbox, 500V rack or any compatible frame
