With its short 24-inch scale length, distinctive offset body shape and brilliant single-coil sound, the Vintera III Mid ’60s Jaguar is one of the most characterful Fender models, designed to authentically capture the spirit of the 1960s. The alder body, a maple neck with an authentic mid-’60s C-profile and the rosewood fingerboard with a classic 7.25"-radius deliver the familiar playing feel of historic originals. Two vintage-style mid-’60s Jaguar single-coil pickups deliver the typical clear Fender tone with a pronounced response, whilst the floating tremolo – complete with a tremolo lock – and the traditional lead/rhythm switch allow for a wide range of tonal variations. The package is rounded off by the Jaguar Mute System, which allows you to control the damping of the tremolo, as well as historically accurate hardware in the style of the 60s surf rock era!
