Equipped with Gibson '60s Burstbucker open-coil pickups, it delivers vintage tones with that unmistakable PAF character, easily customizable through the hand-wired circuit with Orange drop capacitors. To top it off, the Les Paul Standard '60s Faded Vintage Cherry Sunburst is equipped with Grover Rotomatic tuners and the classic ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with an aluminum stopbar setup.

The Les Paul Standard '60s Mahogany Top in TV Yellow stays true to the original design, delivering that authentic, powerful sound that has made the Les Paul legendary. For the Les Paul Standard '60s, Gibson has equipped the guitar with two Burstbucker pickups, featuring Alnico V magnets. These humbuckers deliver the authentic PAF tone, with a pronounced midrange and airy dynamics, offering everything from harmonically rich cleans to powerful overdrive with singing sustain. To fine-tune your sound, Gibson uses the classic hand-wired 3-way circuit, complete with Orange Drop capacitors for smooth treble roll-offs, as well as separate volume and tone controls for each pickup.

Gibson completes the Les Paul Standard '60s Faded Vintage Cherry Sunburst with vintage-inspired hardware that meets the demands of both professional stage performances and studio sessions. The strings are routed from the lightweight aluminum stopbar through the classic ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, designed by legendary Gibson president Ted McCarty to ensure precise intonation and string action adjustments. At the headstock, with the iconic "Open Book" style, a GraphTech nut guides the strings to six Grover Rotomatic tuners, known for their exceptional precision, tuning stability, and timeless vintage look.
