Beautiful Violin by Janet Toon (Stark) 1981 -4/4
Janet Toon, formally “Stark” at the time of this Violin, is a famed Violin Maker in the United States. Her Violins sell around the $20,000 mark, if you can get one. I’m told she is doing mostly repairs these days. This violin is an early model when she was apprentice to Paul Schuback. Features a lovely flared out scroll that I absolutely Love! It and that wood choice in the back absolutely make this fiddle gorgeous! This instrument was sent back to her for a new setup job to add her touch back in 2017. At around 45 years old this violin appears to be in near Mint condition. All sales final.
