The "EMPEROR-J," a high-end full-acoustic model manufactured by Terada Gakki for the domestic market from the late 1980s through the 1990s. Featuring a classic configuration of a 17-inch full-depth body with a spruce top and maple sides and back, it delivers a rich resonance and a warm, well-defined tone.
With its full, deep bass and smooth, extended mid-high range, itfs ideal not only for jazz but also for blues and ballads. Its appeal lies in a natural resonance that retains a sense of airiness while maintaining a well-defined tonal contour.

The tuners have been replaced with GROVER models, and traces of the original holes remain.
