Kramer ZX10 Neck (Late 1980s, Banana Headstock)
This is a neck removed from a Kramer ZX10, believed to date from the late 1980s.
It is thought to have originally come from an entry- to mid-level Kramer model such as those in the Aerostar series, but it retains Kramer’s signature pointy “banana” headstock, a defining look of the era.
Refret by Performance Guitar
The neck has been professionally refretted by Performance Guitar, under the work of Kunio Sugai, who has serviced instruments for many top professional players including Frank Zappa and Steve Vai.
The fretwork is finished to a high-end standard, with excellent attention to detail around the fret edges, resulting in very good playability.
