2004 Fender Japan TC’72 Telecaster Custom in Black, made in Japan.
A model faithful to the legendary 1972 Telecaster Custom, renowned for its build quality and remarkable versatility.
*Hand-selected and imported from Japan by us*
Expert craftsmanship, a comfortable neck, and excellent resonance make this an instrument that is as enjoyable to play as it is to collect.
The pickup configuration pairs a Wide Range Humbucker in the neck position with a Telecaster single-coil at the bridge. The result is exceptionally versatile: the neck pickup delivers a round, warm, and powerful tone—ideal for blues, jazz, or rock—while the bridge pickup offers all the attack, "twang," and precision characteristic of a true Telecaster. In the middle position, the two pickups combine to produce a rich, balanced, and highly dynamic sound.
Shows signs of use, paint touch-ups, etc., but is in very good overall condition. The frets show signs of play but remain in good condition (see photos for details).
