LOOP-MASTER PEDALS EVENTIDE 3-BUTTON AUX FOOTSWITCH

Add three external footswitches to compatible Eventide pedals and put more of your pedal's functions directly under your feet.

The Loop-Master Pedals Eventide 3-Button Aux Footswitch is a passive external controller designed for compatible Eventide pedals including TimeFactor, ModFactor, PitchFactor and Space.

The three normally-open momentary switches provide Tip, Ring and Tip+Ring switching through a single TRS connection.

Your Eventide pedal determines what each switch does, allowing you to assign the three external switches to the functions that are most useful for your setup.

COMPATIBILITY

The available functions and assignments depend on the connected Eventide pedal and its firmware.

THREE ASSIGNABLE SWITCHES

Each of the three switches provides a different switching combination through the TRS connection:

• Switch 1 = Tip

• Switch 2 = Ring

• Switch 3 = Tip + Ring

The Eventide pedal can then assign supported functions to these three external switches.

This gives you much more hands-free control without adding a MIDI controller to your pedalboard.

POSSIBLE FUNCTIONS

Depending on your Eventide model, mode and configuration, the auxiliary switches can be assigned to functions such as:

• Tap Tempo

• Bank Up

• Bank Down

• Preset selection

• Bypass

• Performance functions

• Parameter control

• Other assignable Eventide functions

You choose the assignments inside the Eventide pedal.

TIMEFACTOR

Use the external switches to put frequently used TimeFactor functions at your feet.

For example, you might configure the three switches for:

• Bank Down

• Bank Up

• Tap Tempo

Or assign them differently to suit your particular setup.

The switches themselves are not permanently assigned — the TimeFactor determines their functions.

MODFACTOR

The ModFactor's Aux Switch system allows additional functions to be assigned to the external Tip, Ring and Tip+Ring switches.

This makes it possible to keep the ModFactor in your preferred operating mode while placing additional performance controls on the external footswitch.

PITCHFACTOR

Add three external controls to a compatible PitchFactor without adding a large MIDI controller.

Use the PitchFactor's Aux Switch assignments to configure the three switches for the functions that make the most sense for your rig.

SPACE

The Eventide Space also supports external auxiliary switching.

Use the three external switches for supported functions such as preset navigation, bypass, performance controls or other assignable functions.

The exact available assignments are determined by the Space.

HOW IT WORKS

Connect the Loop-Master Pedals Eventide Aux Footswitch to the compatible Eventide pedal using a standard 1/4" TRS cable.

Then use the Eventide pedal's AUX SWITCH settings to assign functions to:

TIP

RING

TIP + RING

Once configured, the three external switches provide direct access to those functions.

No programming is required in the Loop-Master controller itself.

NORMALLY-OPEN MOMENTARY SWITCHING

This controller uses normally-open momentary switches.

The connection is open at rest.

Pressing a switch momentarily closes the corresponding Tip, Ring or Tip+Ring connection.

Releasing the switch immediately returns it to its normally-open state.

PASSIVE OPERATION

No power required.

The controller uses completely passive momentary switching.

No batteries or external power supply are needed.

• 1 x 1/4" TRS control jack

A standard stereo/TRS cable is required between the controller and your Eventide pedal.

TRS cable is not included.
