Immediately recognizable for its distinctive body shape, unique teardrop-like f-hole, and triangular pearloid inlays, the maple body and smooth three-piece maple/walnut neck are complemented by an easily playable rosewood fretboard and signature Rickenbacker tailpiece. Not just easy on the eyes, the pair of hi-gain single-coil pickups each feature their own three-way pickup and individual tone and volume controls for summoning those signature cleans and gritty overdriven tones favored by players from George Harrison to Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend.
