Chet Atkins is often associated with Gretsch, but it would be a shame to forget his collaboration with Gibson! This Tennessean has a format and construction similar to the ES-335, with a center block, though it features a 25.5-inch scale length and an ebony fingerboard. The pickups are a 490T at the bridge and a 492R at the neck — a model specifically developed for Atkins! Notable features include the absence of a pickguard and a set of replacement Grover tuners. The guitar has developed a nice natural patina and is sold in its original brown case with pink plush interior.
