The Case... This guitar comes with its original soft case / gig bag. Inside the compartment sleeps some of the original paper work and allen wrenches. There is also an additional neck pickup that needs to be repaired. It came from the factory with a dead-neck pickup so Fender sent the dealer a new one to install.
The Guitar! These were $499 new. They sold out very fast whenever a batch came in stock and they don't show up too often used. If you want mine for $999, it is yours. You're paying a premium because it is here, available to ship and was my review piece.
This guitar is in very clean shape and was demoed by me so you will see fingerprint marks, light picking scratches, but no giant gouges. The only other thing to know about this one is the pickups are wired out-of-phase in the middle position for a quacky-tone instead of the traditional blend. Easy to swap back if you know wiring!
Conclusion These tenor teles are very fun! I'm reluctantly even listing mine. It took me over a year to get it.
