The Floyd Rose Special Double Locking Tremolo offers reliable tuning stability for low tunings: The double fixation, which consists of the Floyd Rose Special Locking saddle on the one hand and the Floyd Rose bridge on the other, enables reliable tuning maintenance and can be particularly advantageous when it comes to solos, fast shredding or extroverted riffs. Additionally, the Floyd Rose Double Locking Tremolo allows you to perform heavy dive-bombs or pull-ups without the guitar going out of tune.
The Jackson X Series SL1A DX features a Jackson High-Output Humbucker in the bridge position and a Jackson High-Output Mini Rail in the neck position, ideal for high-gain setups and an aggressive sound - the bridge and neck pickups can be controlled in a matching manner using a 3-way switch. The pickups are naturally suitable for particularly aggressive sounds, while also offering a rich output for clean or crunch voicings. The mini rail neck pickup in particular, delivers a terrific tone and despite the single-coil format, transports a hefty humbucker output.
