With the Ibanez Artstar AS113-BS Brown Sunburst Ibanez sends a traditionally designed hollow-body guitar into the race, which knows how to please first-class playing characteristics and flexible sounds for almost every music style. A classic thinline body with laminated spruce top and Ibanez Super 58 humbucker promise the typical semi-acoustic tones with woody timbre and fast response, while the pleasantly strong Nyatoh maple neck convinces with excellent handling. Classic Hardware in the form of a Gibraltar bridge and a Quik Change III Tailpiece completes the Artstar AS112-BS Brown Sunburst semi-acoustic guitar from Ibanez. 

In the construction of the Artstar AS113 Ibanez follows the typical specifications for a traditional Semi-Hollow guitar. The narrow body made of laminated maple and the top made of laminated spruce provide a resonant sound with the perfect amount of brilliance. To ensure that the electric semi-acoustic guitar is insensitive to feedback even at high volumes, Ibanez stabilizes the body with a solid centre block. The pleasantly rounded "AS Artstar" profile of the glued Nyatoh maple neck also promises comfortable playing characteristics up to the highest positions of the Macassar ebony fingerboard. 

As pickup for the Artstar AS113 Ibanez chooses two Super 58 humbuckers. The low-output humbuckers equipped with Alnico magnets convince with a natural output of the semi-hollow-timbre and elicit a wide spectrum of first-class sounds between jazz, Blues and rock from the guitar amplifier. In addition to the usual series connection, the coils of the neck pickup can be called up via the Tri-Sound Switch in parallel connection and split, so that additional timbres enrich the repertoire of the electric guitar. 

Last but not least, the Ibanez completes the Artstar AS113-BS Brown Sunburst Semi-Hollow guitar with high-quality hardware that is perfectly matched to the instrument. The proven Quik Change III tailpiece serves as the tailpiece, which allows the strings to be hung from the top, making string changes a breeze. The Gibraltar Artist bridge with six-string riders also guarantees precise adjustment of intonation and string action. Behind the bone nut, six tuning-stable die-cast tuners on the headstock in typical Artstar style ensure precise tuning of the electric guitar.
