The Seymour Duncan SCPB-3 Quarter Pound Single Coil P-Bass is a single coil pickup for electric bass that combines the look of the first bass pickups with a modernized sound. Thus, a high-output coil and fat ¼" diameter (6.35 mm) Alnico V magnets promise an aggressive sound with rich bass pressure and assertive growl in the mids and highs. The coil waxed under vacuum also prevents unwanted feedback and microphonics at high volumes.
