TUNE SWV-5 Alder Sunburst Matte

This is a SWV model with a clean radius.

At the time, it was a bit of a hot topic with its original bridge made from materials used in aircraft and its avant-garde design, but it has since been discontinued.

This time as well, we used a dead stock bridge, an alder body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard, which is a standard among standard basses.

However, it might be an unusual choice for Mr. Tune. !

The color is also sunburst to match the material.

I had it painted matte to give it a calm look.

The bridge part has a 20mm pitch.

The overall wide neck is made to be thin, making it easy for Japanese players to play.

PU and circuit are TUNE original.

The PU is equipped with coil tappable "SWS-6V", and the ham has the traditional fat stickiness of TUNE.

Switching to single produces a clear, familiar sound.

And this is also the same circuit as back then, called SB-1.

In a sense, the preamplifier has a high-cut and low-cut frequency that is not too effective, and the goodness that was unknown at the time will be rediscovered in a new way when passed through the latest amplifiers and DIs.

Raise the high to add a chilly feel.

Even if you fry the base, it won't become boomy, so it's easy to handle.

It doesn't feel like it's appealing with an intense sound,

However, it is an original design that will never go out of style.
