The PRS Special Semi-Hollow is an extremely versatile guitar, specifically designed for players seeking a wide tonal palette. Its humbucker/single-coil/humbucker pickup configuration combines PRS 58/15 LT humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions with a narrowfield pickup in the middle.

The Narrowfield pickup combines the clarity and punch of a single-coil with the noise-canceling properties of a humbucker, making it perfect for clean and detailed tones. Thanks to a 5-way switch and two mini-switches for coil splitting, this guitar offers no fewer than twelve unique pickup configurations. This ensures a balanced output level in both humbucker and single-coil modes, making it suitable for a wide range of genres and playing styles.

The semi-hollow body design with a single f-hole adds airy depth and resonance to the sound. Construction features a flamed maple top, a mahogany back, and a mahogany neck with a 25-inch scale and a rosewood fingerboard with pearloid bird inlays. Other notable features include Phase III locking tuners with wing buttons and the patented PRS Gen III tremolo system, which ensures tuning stability and smooth performance.

This guitar is an excellent choice for players who value tonal versatility combined with high-quality craftsmanship. It comes with a hardshell case and a TFOA passport, guaranteeing both protection and documentation of its quality and authenticity.
