We present an all original 1955 Fender Princeton Amp Tweed 5E2 – Narrow Panel. Made in Fullerton, California.
Condition
This fantastic ’55 Princeton Amp features its original lacquered tweed which is in absolutely fantastic clean condition. Really rare to come across this clean.This is a studio favourite for many and it delivers incredibly dynamic and glassy tube tones that goes from clean to fully saturated overdrive with a simple twist of the single volume knob. The chrome control panel looks stunningly clean with all the lettering fully visible. The original leather handle is fully intact. Even comes complete with an original cover. It’s all there !
Originality
This 1955 Princeton Amp has been well cared for over the years and has been storaged in an amp collection for decades. It features the original 5E2 circuit and both transformers are original. Features the original 8″ Jensen speaker as well.
To keep it as original as possible, you’ll need a step-down transformer if you’re based in Europe. We have these in stock and they can be purchased through Guitar Hunter.
