The Sabian Paragon 8" Splash cymbal, part of a series developed with Rush drummer Neil Peart, is a fast and cutting splash meant for brilliant accents. This small, thin splash has a nice trebled character and gets out of the way quickly for an explosive high-frequency burst. The 8" Paragon Splash also makes a great stacking cymbal to add trash to a small crash or even on top of a larger splash cymbal for a unique sound.
