The deteriorated rubber bushings have been replaced with new ones.
The DC jack has been replaced with a new compatible part due to a failed internal switching mechanism that previously prevented battery operation.
→ Battery operation has been fully restored.

Fully cleaned and carefully inspected.
Tested and confirmed working with both 9V battery and power adapter.
No noticeable scratchy pots or switching noise were observed during testing.

Cosmetic condition shows scratches and signs of use consistent with age.

Circuit & Historical Background

The OD-2 TURBO OverDrive is the evolutionary successor to the legendary OD-1 OverDrive.

Unlike the OD-1, which used an op-amp-based design, the OD-2 features a fully discrete circuit constructed from individual transistors and FET components.

With TURBO mode OFF, the pedal delivers a smooth and natural overdrive reminiscent of the OD-1.
With TURBO mode ON, it reaches significantly higher gain levels, expanding its tonal range toward more aggressive drive sounds.

The addition of a dedicated TONE control further increases tonal flexibility compared to the original OD-1.
